Zero-Waste Fermentation Lab

The Ecology Center is a 28-acre Regenerative Organic Certified non-profit farm and education center. We aim to educate our community about finding creative solutions for managing food waste while simultaneously creating nutritious products that support health in our bodies and the environment. Our project is to expand our new Fermentation Lab, with the goal of increasing our capacity to divert organic waste from the farm into value-added products that support our impact initiatives.
